NetSpot has provided hosting services for BNIT's Blackboard software for over 5 years, and has recently assisted BNIT to migrate from Blackboard CE 3.8 to 6.0. NetSpot has also integrated BNIT's Blackboard software with the state’s Student Management System, ISAS, and has provided a range of integrated third-party plugins for BNIT to enhance the learning experience including Wimba Voice, Equella Learning Content Management System, Elgg social networking platform, and MediaWiki.

NetSpot also provides BNIT students and staff with an extended hours help desk service for issues relating to their Blackboard software.
