on the foundations of a higher education culture, they are partnership, flexibility,

Partnership
This is fundamental to our relationship with a client. We endeavour to be pro-active and attuned to the needs of the client. We find it is very much a partnership working together rather than the typical vendor-client roles. Partnerships are the core of NetSpot's model for working with clients and product partners.

Flexibility
NetSpot's staff are multi-skilled, our engagements are commercially driven and our service models adaptable– all key drivers of flexibility. We have strong partnerships across a number of products and services to ensure our clients can be confident that they understand the options and constraints across all LMS'. This empowers institutions to take control of their key eLearning environments rather than be subject to the commercial interests and time-frames of a proprietary LMS vendor.

Innovation
NetSpot seeks to maintain a relevance in the market place with the services and solutions it offers. We achieve this through active relationships with clients, with strong feedback mechanisms and creativity to fuel an innovative approach over the long term. We support our employees' active involvement within the tertiary education
and Moodle communities. By contributing, they are constantly identifying and refining our approach in providing outstanding levels of service, and for helping our clients work more efficiently and cost-effectively. NetSpot seeks to sustain long-term relationships with clients and to provide leadership in the best ways to benefit from changes in technology, the economic and political climate, information technology service delivery models and educational theory.

Openness
Because we see our clients as our partners, we have a policy of openness. This allows us to grow together, solve problems together, to engage directly when issues arise and deal with those issues quickly and appropriately. We report against service level agreements regularly and recommend sharing Moodle development with the broader
community via the GPL (General Public License) model under which Moodle is licensed.

Professionalism
We are passionate about making a real difference for our clients, which we do without compromising our key values and standards. We care about our clients and our people and our service delivery approach fosters close relationships with our clients based on principles of openness, honesty and integrity. We recognise a set of industry standards such as ITIL for information technology service management, and PMBOK for project management. In addition to this, our talented team has a broad range of expert knowledge, experience and education, which enables us to understand and anticipate the needs of our clients.
